01 General Terms & Applicability

05 Bonus & Promotion Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after completing the required wagering amount.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses across multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being suspended.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 days, though this may vary by promotion.

Promotion Abuse

If our system detects evidence of bonus abuse — such as multiple accounts, suspicious betting patterns, or other schemes — 999xo reserves the right to void the bonus and confiscate any associated winnings.

06 Betting Rules & Result Determination

The following general rules apply to both Sports Betting and casino games on 999xo:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where the cash-out feature applies).
• 999xo reserves the right to void any bet where abnormal odds or payouts result from a technical error.
• If a match is cancelled or left incomplete, your stake will be refunded.
• In the event of a dispute over results, 999xo's decision will be considered final.

Sports Betting Special Terms

For betting on cricket, football, and other sports, 999xo will determine results in accordance with its own rules regarding match start times, over/wicket-related regulations, and the Duckworth-Lewis method where applicable.

Casino Games

All casino games are powered by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, verified by third-party auditors. Live Casino game results are confirmed via video footage.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 999xo and will result in permanent account closure:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with a false identity or providing incorrect information.
• Using software bots or automated tools for betting.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs for unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Harassing other members or 999xo staff.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the system.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

999xo may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• If KYC verification fails.
• If suspicious financial activity is detected.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).
